2 I did not receive an Email with my LCHS email and password

  • The emails went out to parents and students using the email addresses we had stored for you in Renweb. If you did not receive it, check with who did your registration and ask what email they put down for you. Also, check your spam/junk mail since sometime things go there. If you found it in your junk mail, please whitelist LEXINGTONCATHOLIC.COM so that won’t happen in the future.
  • If neither you nor your parents received the IT Welcome email, please send an email to helpdesk@lexingtoncatholic.com with a subject line of NOPASSWORD (all uppercase). You will receive a bounce message saying you are not authorized to open a ticket but if the subject line of your email starts with NOPASSWORD (all uppercase) we will see it and resend your password information.
